Creating Block Patterns

Differences between pattern types – C

Partially synced patterns start as synced patterns but allow specific field overrides on individual instances. They always store in the database like synced patterns.

Overrides store at the insertion point, not in the original pattern. This allows custom content while maintaining synchronized styling and structure across instances.

Content changes sync unless overridden locally. Style and structural changes always sync, even to instances with content overrides. Block removal requires confirmation when overrides exist.

This provides the best balance between consistency and flexibility – synchronized design with customizable content where needed.
