Using the Site Editor

Site editor feature overview

Ready to explore what the site editor can do? This video gives you a quick tour of all the key features available for building and managing your block theme.

Navigation management lets you view and rename your menus in an abstract focus view. The actual placement happens in your templates, keeping everything organized and contextual.

The styles section appears only if your theme supports style variations – perfect for previewing color, typography, and complete design variations. Pages gives you the same functionality as the WordPress admin, but with the added power of editing both content and templates in one place.

Templates and patterns round out the core features. Template management lets you view, reset, create, and edit all your theme templates, while patterns handles both theme patterns and user-created patterns plus template parts.
